基于性能仿真的燃气轮机气路故障预警方法 被引量:12

摘要 提出了一种基于性能仿真的气路故障预警方法。首先,根据模块化思想建立了燃气轮机性能仿真模型。然后,为解决固定阈值报警在燃气轮机变工况运行过程中的局限性问题,提出基于模型的基准值上下限计算方法。在模型中考虑实际环境参数的波动范围,从而得到各工况下各部件截面气路参数基准值上下限值,并作为气路参数正常波动的上下范围。最后,进行参数归一化处理并对燃气轮机气路参数进行预警状态判断。将该方法应用在LM2500+型燃机的实测数据中进行方法有效性验证,结果表明该方法在燃气轮机气路故障预警方面具有明显优势。 This paper proposes a method of gas path fault early warning based on performance simulation.Firstly,the performance simulation model of gas turbine is established according to the idea of modularization.Then,in order to solve the limitation of fixed threshold alarm in the process of gas turbine off design operation,the upper and lower limit calculation method of reference value based on the model is proposed.In the model,the fluctuation range of the actual environmental parameters is considered to determine the upper and lower limits of the reference values of the gas path parameters of each component section under various working conditions,which are taken as the upper and lower ranges of the normal fluctuation of the gas path parameters.Finally,parameter normalization and early warning state judgment of gas path parameters of gas turbine are carried out.The proposed method is applied to the actual data of LM2500+gas turbine to verify the effectiveness of the method.The results show that the proposed method has clear advantages in the early warning of gas turbine fault.
