Calculation of Chloride Ion Enrichment Time in Limestone-Gypsum Wet Desulfurization System

摘要 为研究石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统Cl-的富集规律,基于脱硫系统物料平衡,结合Matlab迭代算法,建立了脱硫系统Cl-的富集模型,计算了某600 MW机组脱硫系统Cl-富集速率和富集时间。结果表明:机组冷态启动时,浆液中Cl-浓度需要383 h达到限值20000 mg/L;锅炉负荷和煤中氯含量对Cl-富集时间影响较大,锅炉负荷从100%减少到40%时,机组冷态启动至Cl-浓度达到限值所需时间增加150%;当煤中氯含量从0.01%增加到0.05%时,Cl-富集时间降低76%。本模型能够实现对不同工况下吸收塔浆液Cl-富集时间的计算,为现场脱硫废水排放提供理论指导。 In order to study the enrichment rule of chloride in the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization system,based on the material balance of desulfurization system,combined with iterative algorithm of Matlab,the enrichment model of chloride in the desulfurization system was established,and the chloride enrichment rate and time of a 600 MW unit desulfurization system were calculated.The results showed that when the unit was started from cold-start,it took 383 hours for the chloride concentration in the slurry to reach the limit of 20000 mg/L.Boiler load and the chlorine content in coal had a great influence on chloride enrichment time.When the boiler load was reduced from 100%to 40%,the time required for the unit to start from cold start to the point when the chloride concentration reached the limit was increased by 150%.When the chlorine content in the coal was increased from 0.01%to 0.05%,the chloride enrichment time was reduced by 76%.The model can calculate the chloride enrichment time of the absorption tower slurry under different working conditions,and provide theoretical guidance for the discharge of onsite desulfurization wastewater..
