综合护理对乳腺癌改良根治术后效果的影响

The influence of comprehensive nursing on the effect of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

目的探究综合护理干预对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的病耻感和应对方式效果的影响。方法选择2017年4月-2019年6月高唐县人民医院收治的64例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者为研究对象,采用抽签方式分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,比较两组护理干预前后病耻感和应对方式评分。结果护理干预前,两组病耻感评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组病耻感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组面对、回避、屈服应对方式评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组面对应对方式评分高于对照组,观察组回避、屈服应对方式评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为乳腺癌改良根治术后患者选择综合护理干预有助于减轻其病耻感,改善其应对方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients’shame and coping style after modified radical mastectomy.Methods From April 2017 to June2019,64 cases of breast cancer treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The scores of shame and coping style of the two groups before and after nursing intervention were compared.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of shame between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the score of shame in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the nursing intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in coping style scores of face,avoidance and yielding(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the coping style score of face in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the coping style scores of avoidance and yielding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy could help to reduce their stigma and improve their coping style,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
