Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with atomization in the treatment of mycoplasma infection in children. Methods From April 2018 to July 2019,86 children with mycoplasma infection admitted to Tianjin Public Security Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Erythromycin, while the observation group was given Azithromycin combined with atomization treatment. The treatment efficiency, clinical symptom disappearance time, pulmonary function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two group. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,higher than 79.07%of control group;the disappearance time of cough, expectoration, fever, asthma and dry rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;after treatment, the maximum middle respiratory velocity of the observation group was(2.76±0.25)L/s,which was higher than that of the control group with(1.10±0.16)L/s;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.98%,lower than 20.93%in the control group, and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with atomization treatment could obtain better therapeutic effect on children with mycoplasma infection, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
