个体化血糖监测对糖尿病血糖控制的效果

Effect of individualized blood glucose monitoring on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes

目的研究个体化血糖监测方案的管理对糖尿病患者血糖的控制效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院收治的100例患者,按住院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予常规血糖监测,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施个体化血糖监测方案。观察两组血糖监测依从性及出院3个月后血糖控制效果。结果观察组的总依从率为62.0%,明显高于对照组的30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出院3个月后FBG、2 h PBG及HbA1c均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对住院患者进行血糖监测过程中,与常规血糖监测比较,个体化的血糖监测方案管理能明显提高患者血糖监测的主动性,有利于患者的血糖控制,也为及时更改治疗方案提供有力的依据,从而使血糖控制更加平稳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of individualized blood glucose monitoring program on blood glucose control in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 inpatients admitted to Tianjin Medical University Zhu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine blood glucose monitoring,while patients in the observation group was given individualized blood glucose monitoring program on the basis of the control group.The compliance of blood glucose monitoring and the effect of blood glucose control 3 months after discharge of the two groups were observed.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was62.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group with 30.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after discharge,FBG,2 hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of blood glucose monitoring for inpatients,compared with conventional blood glucose monitoring,individualized blood glucose monitoring program management could significantly improve the initiative of blood glucose monitoring for patients,which was beneficial to blood glucose control for patients and provided a strong basis for timely change of treatment plan,so as to make blood glucose control more stable,which was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
