纪检监察在医院建设中的重要性探析

The importance analysis of discipline inspection and supervision in hospital construction

新时期,社会经济的快速发展使得各项基础设施建设得到了逐步完善,医疗机构的数量持续增长,社会对于医院建设提出了更加严格的要求。从提升医院建设质量和效率的角度,需要切实做好纪检监察工作。对于医院而言,纪检监察工作能够发挥出保障和监督管理的作用。结合部分医院的实践情况分析,在医院建设中引入纪检监察工作,能够实现医院稳定可靠的运行。在2016-2018年短短两年的实践中,投诉信件中的服务问题从原本的21.3%下降到了11.4%。本文从纪检监察工作的内涵出发,从意义和作用两个方面,分析了纪检监察在医院建设中的重要性,并就医院如何做好纪检监察提出了合理化建议,以期为纪检监察工作提供参考依据。

In the new period,with the rapid development of social economy,the infrastructure construction has been gradually improved,and the number of medical institutions has continued to increase.The society has put forward more stringent requirements for hospital construction.From the perspective of improving the quality and efficiency of hospital construction,it is necessary to do a good job in discipline inspection and supervision.For hospitals,discipline inspection and supervision can play the role in guarantee and supervision.Combined with the practice analysis of some hospitals,the introduction of discipline inspection and supervision in hospital construction can realize the stable and reliable operation of hospitals.During the short two years of practice from 2016 to 2018,the service problems in complaint letters decreased from21.3%to 11.4%.Based on the connotation of discipline inspection and supervision,this paper analyzes the importance of discipline inspection and supervision in hospital construction from two aspects of significance and function,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to do a good job in discipline inspection and supervision in hospital,in order to provide reference for discipline inspection and supervision work.
