中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

目的观察参芪地黄汤联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选取2019年1-6月天津市东丽区中医医院内二科收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组仅口服缬沙坦胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用参芪地黄汤。比较两组患者治疗后24 h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮的变化及总有效率。结果治疗后,两组24 h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用参芪地黄汤与缬沙坦胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with valsartan capsule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From January to June 2019,100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 in each group.The control group was only given valsartan capsule,while the observation group was given Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the changes of 24 h urine microalbumin,creatinine and urea nitrogen and the total effective rate were observed.Results After treatment,24 h urinary microalbumin,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination application of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction and valsartan capsule had define curative effect in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
