包钢6^#高炉提高炉渣碱度合格率 被引量:2

摘要 文章针对包钢6#高炉炉渣碱度合格率低的情况,通过提高烧结矿碱度稳定率、制定合理的造渣制度、细化工长操作以及克服炉役后期炉况的各种不稳定因素等措施,有针对性地加强管理,2020年高炉炉渣碱度合格率较2019年提高19.42个百分点,碱度合格率的提高为高炉的稳定顺行和指标提升奠定了基础。 In this paper,it is introduced in view of the low qualification rate of slag basicity for 6^#blast furnace of Baotou Steel,the qualification rate of blast furnace slag basicity in 2020 is increased by 19.42 percentage points compared with that in 2019 by such measures as improving the stability ratio for basicity of sinter,formulating reasonable slag-making system,detailing operations of section chief,overcoming various instability factors for furnace condition at later stage of campaign and strengthening management,which lay the foundation for trouble-free operation and improvement of indexes for blast furnace.
