包钢500 m^2烧结机配加FMG混合粉生产实践

摘要 文章针对包钢500 m^2大型烧结机配加FMG混合粉后产生的质量下降问题,从化学成分、粒度组成以及同化性和液相流动性等方面研究了FMG混合粉的性能。结果表明,FMG混合粉SiO 2含量适中,P含量低,粒度粗,同化性和液相流动性较好,与包钢烧结用自产铁精矿性能互补,大比例使用FMG混合粉后,可以通过强化制粒、合理布料、调整料层透气性等措施使得烧结矿转鼓强度保持不变。 In this paper,such performances of FMG mixed powder as chemical composition,granularity composition,assimilability and liquid phase fluidity are studied aiming at the problem of quality reduction after add FMG mixed powder into 500 m 2 large sintering machine of Baotou Steel.The results showed that the FMG mixed powder was with moderate content of SiO 2,low content of P,coarse particle size,better assimilability and liquid phase fluidity,so its performances are complementary to those of self-produced iron concentrate used for sintering of Baotou Steel.After add a large proportion of FMG mixed powder,the drum strength of sinter could remain unchanged by such measures as strengthening granulation,reasonable burden distribution and adjusting gas permeability of bed of material.
