TiO2对烧结矿质量的影响研究

Study on Effects of TiO2 on Sinter Quality

利用微型烧结和烧结杯两种方法研究了不同TiO 2含量对烧结基础特性和烧结矿质量指标的影响,研究结果表明:随着铁料中TiO 2含量的增加,同化性温度升高,液相流动性指数和铁酸钙生成能力下降,黏结相强度呈降低的趋势,连晶强度呈增加的趋势;烧结矿成品率和转鼓强度降低,固体燃耗呈增加的趋势;烧结矿矿物组成中磁铁矿含量呈增加趋势,且晶粒明显增大,铁酸钙生成量降低,钙钛矿含量呈增加的趋势,赤铁矿变化不明显;烧结矿低温还原粉化指数有变差的趋势,熔融区间变窄。

The effects of different TiO 2 contents on the basic characteristics of sintering and quality index of sinter are studied with small sintering method and sintering cup.The study results showed that the liquid phase fluidity index and generative capacity of calcium ferrite decreased,the strength of binder phase tended to decrease and strength of crystal stock tended to increase with the increases of TiO 2 content in iron charge and assimilative temperature;the yield and drum strength of sinter decreased as well as solid fuel consumption tended to increase;the magnetite content in mineral composition of sinter tended to increase,crystal obviously increased,production of calcium ferrite decreased,perovskite content tended to increase and the change of hematite was not obvious;the low-temperature reduction degradation index of sinter tended to get worse and melting range became narrower.
