选铁尾矿制备高性能透水砖的试验研究

Experimental Study on Preparing High-performance Permeable Brick with Tailings after Beneficiating Iron

以国内某废弃矿山选铁尾矿为研究对象,分别以压制成型和挤出成型工艺试验制备高性能免烧透水砖。提出了压制成型及挤出成型工艺配料方案,两种工艺制备的透水砖性能优良,满足建筑用材料要求,实现了以废治废的产业循环。

In this paper,it is introduced the baking-free high-performance permeable brick is prepared with the process tests of compression moulding and extrusion molding respectively by taking the tailings after beneficiating iron of an abandoned mine in China as the object of study.The blending strategies for compression moulding and extrusion molding processes are put forward.The permeable bricks prepared with the two processes are with excellent properties and could meet the requirements of building materials so that the business cycle of treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another is realized.
