抗H2S管线钢X42MS热轧卷板的研制

摘要 针对客户技术需求进行了X42MS级别抗硫化氢腐蚀用管线钢热轧卷板的产品设计、生产和组织性能检测。设计内容包括化学成分、热轧工艺、生产工艺流程。性能检测项目包括拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度、金相、非金属夹杂物、抗氢致开裂(HIC)、硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)。试验结果表明包钢金属制造有限责任公司生产的X42MS抗硫化氢腐蚀管线钢热轧卷板满足技术要求,并实现了批量生产。 The product design,production as well as the tests of microstructure and properties for X42MS hot rolled coil for pipeline steel resistant to H 2S corrosion are carried out aiming at the technical demands of user.The design content includes chemical component,hot rolling process and production technology process.The performance tests include stretch,bending,impact,hardness,metallographic phase,nonmetallic inclusion,hydrogen induced cracking(HIC)and sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC).The experimental results showed that the X42MS hot rolled coil for pipeline steel resistant to H 2S corrosion manufactured by Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Metal Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.could meet the technical requirements and its batch production was realized.
