摘要
文章采用不同焊接试验参数对耐候桥梁钢Q370qNH、Q420qNH的焊接预热温度、焊接冷裂纹敏感性、焊接热输入进行了研究。对比焊接接头综合力学性能及金相组织,确定了Q370qNH、Q420qNH合理的焊接热输入范围、焊材选配及焊接工艺参数等,使焊接接头性能满足产品的使用要求。
In the article,the welding preheating temperature,welding cold crack sensitivity and welding heat-input of weathering bridge steels Q370qNH and Q420qNH are studied with different welding experiment parameters.The reasonable range of welding heat-input,welding material selection and welding process parameters of Q370qNH and Q420qNH are determined by comparing the comprehensive mechanical properties and metallographic structure of welded joint so that the performances of welded joint can meet the operating requirements of product.
