摘要
通过对包钢生产的冷轧钢板拉伸试验断后伸长率的测量分析,探讨了手动测量与自动测量对测量结果的影响。结果表明:手动测量与自动测量的断后伸长率之间存在一定的差异,原始标距及断裂位置是手工测量与自动测量之间差异大小的决定性因素。当金属材料断后伸长率的测量要求比较精确时,应采用手动测量,以保证测量结果更接近材料本身的力学特征。
The effects of manual and automatic measurements on the measurement results are discussed through analyzing the measurement of percentage elongation after fracture of cold-rolled steel plate produced by Baotou Steel.The results showed that there were some differences between the percentage elongations after fracture with manual and automatic measurements as well as the original gauge length and fracture position were determining factors.When the measurement requirements for percentage elongation after fracture of metallic material are more accurate,manual measurement should be adopted to ensure measurement results to be closer to the mechanical characteristics of material itself.
