摘要
以某型铺管起重船艉部铺管系统托管架和A字架管桁架结构制造安装为研究对象,采用SPD软件桁架结构模块进行精确建模,将无法测量的空间曲面坐标转换为可测量的平面坐标,研究一种针对钢管桁架结构快速定位安装和检验的工法工装。利用工装对管材结构进行快速定位和检验,大大提高桁架结构的建造效率和合格率,减少材料浪费和工作量,为后续管桁架结构产品建造提供指导方案。
Taking the construction and installation of the stern pipe laying system and the A-frame pipe truss of a pipe laying crane vessel as the research object,this study adopts the truss structure module of the SPD software to accomplish an accurate modeling,so as to transform the immeasurable spatial surface coordinates into measurable plane coordinates and develop a tooling scheme for the rapid positioning,installation and inspection of steel pipe truss structures,which has greatly improved the efficiency and qualified rate of truss structures to reduce material waste and the workload.The study provides guidance for the future construction of truss structure products.
