摘要 为提高国内船厂管子制造的自动化程度,对国内外主流船厂的管子制造现状进行调研。结果发现:国内管子加工已能满足船舶建造的需求,但在管子制造效率和质量方面已碰到瓶颈;目前国内的管子生产仍采用粗放的生产模式,不符合管子自动化制造的发展方向。分析认为,存在这些问题的主要原因是设计方法和工艺比较落后,不能在施工现场实现流水线作业和自动化作业。对此,利用多船型管子制作大数据的分析结果,找出管子类型的特点和占比,对传统管簇划分进行优化;同时引入中间产品的概念,提前预制支管;所有设计数据均可通过程序进行采集并反馈给施工现场,为管子加工实现流水线和自动化提供理论数据。 In order to improve the automation level of pipe manufacturing in domestic shipyards,the situation of pipe manufacturing in the major shipyards both at home and abroad is investigated.The result shows that domestic pipe manufacturing has met the needs of shipbuilding,but there is a bottleneck in raising the efficiency and quality of pipe manufacturing.At the moment,the extensive production mode is still used in the domestic pipe manufacturing,which is not in line with the development direction of automated pipe manufacturing.This paper points out that the backward design method and technology is the main reason that disables the assembly line operation and the automated operation on site.Therefore,the big data of multiple ship pipe manufacturing is utilized to analyze the characteristics and percentages of the pipe types so as to optimize the traditional pipe group categorization.Meanwhile,the concept of intermediate product is introduced to prefabricate the branch pipes.All the design data can be collected by the program and feedback to the construction site,which provides theoretical data for realizing the assembly line and automated pipe manufacturing.
