摘要
针对当前造船企业采用的传统行政办公方式存在的流转办公效率低、办公成本高和协同能力欠缺等问题,以沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司为例,依托数字化和信息化手段,提出行政管理办公流程的优化策略。围绕业务流程信息化,构建信息化行政办公平台,全面推进制度化、流程化、信息化和标准化等“四化”建设,实现行政事项审批标准化,最终实现管理提升、发展提质的目标。实际应用结果表明,该平台能显著提升行政办公效率,降低行政办公成本。
The development of internet technology in recent years shows that informatization not only facilitates the production and business process of shipbuilding enterprises,but also improves the standardization of the administrative work.This paper takes Hudong-Zhonghua as an example to put forward the optimization strategy based on the digital and informatization of work flow.An informationalized platform for administrative work is established to raise the level of institutionalization,streamlining,informatization and standardization,and to standardize the administrative approving procedure,the management and development quality of the enterprise.The practical results show that the platform can significantly improve the efficiency of administration and reduce the cost of administrative office.
