摘要
废旧阴极(Spent Pot-lining,SPL)是铝冶炼电解槽用阴极炭块失效而产生的固体废渣,富含大量的炭质成分、少量的氟及微量的氰,属于具有再利用价值的危险性废渣。但受制于技术和成本原因,废旧阴极的大规模工业化处理仍未实现。本文研究了废旧阴极的理化特性,为今后废渣的高效利用及无害化处理技术的开发提供基础数据。
Spent pot-lining(SPL)is a solid waste,which is generated from aluminum electrolysis due to the corrosion of cathode carbon blocks,and presents as a hazardous and reusable material containing concentrated carbon and minor amounts of fluoride and trace quantity of cyanide.However,large-scale industrial treatment of SPL is not still achieved because most of techniques are complicated and high cost.The purpose of this work is to investigate the physicochemical properties of the waste residue,which will provide fundamental research support for further efficient and harmless utilization of SPL.
