摘要
兼职大学生工作学校关系主要包括工作—学校冲突和工作—学校增益两种类型。工作—学校冲突是指来自于工作角色的要求干扰了大学生满足学校要求和履行学业责任的能力,工作—学校增益则是指工作体验对大学生学校角色的促进程度。本文在已有文献研究的基础上,对工作—学校冲突和工作—学校增益的定义和测量方法进行了介绍,并对两者的影响因素和结果进行了系统化的梳理。最后,对工作学校关系未来的研究方向进行了展望,以期为兼职大学生工作—学校冲突的降低、工作—学校增益的提高以及进一步的研究提供依据。
Work-school relationship have mainly two different types in college students with part-time job, namely work-school conflict and work-school enrichment. The work-school conflict is defined as the degree to which work hinders or interferes with a student’s capacity to meet their school-related responsibilities, demands, tasks. The work-school enrichment is defined as the extent to which work experiences improve the quality of the school role. Based on the existing literature research, this paper summarized the concepts and measures of work-school conflict and work-school enrichment, and systematically sorted out the influencing factors and consequences of the two. Finally, the future research direction of work-school relationship is prospected, in order to provide the basis for reducing the level of work-school conflict and improving the level of work-school enrichment in working students and future work-school relationship research.
