摘要 在新媒体语境中,公共事件的舆情发展和传播速度空前迅速,尤其对于突发公共事件,舆论价值多元,舆情更加复杂。以"两微一端"为代表的政务新媒体作为政府部门应对危机事件的先行军,针对舆情应对中负面影响估测难度高、政务新媒体经验不足以及网络"意见领袖"影响力大等难点,应提前做好舆情应对计划,掌握信息传播的特点,把控舆情应对的时机,发挥主流媒体公信力强、信息源真实等优势,正确引导舆论的发展方向,维护社会和谐稳定。 In the context of new media, the development and spread speed of public opinion on public events is unprecedented and rapid. Especially for public emergencies, the value of public opinion is diversified and public opinion is more complex. In response to the difficulties in estimation the negative impact, lack of experience in new media and the influence of network"opinion leader", as the leading force of government departments to deal with crisis events, the government new media represented by "two micro ends" should make public opinion response plan in advance, grasp the characteristics of information dissemination, control the response time of public opinion, and give full play to the advantages of the mainstream media, such as strong credibility and authentic information sources to guide the development direction of public opinion correctly and maintain the harmony and stability of the society.
