“医教结合”政策的实践困境及突破——基于中部H省质性研究的分析 被引量:1

Dilemma and Breakthrough of Policy Practice of“Combining Medicine with Education”——Analysis Based on Qualitative Research of H Province in Central China

摘要 当前,“医教结合”理念和价值虽然渐入人心,但政策实施却遭遇重重困难。立足中部H省,本文借用质性研究工具发现:国内“医教结合”政策在顶层设计、政府保障、学校条件、家长认识方面存有不足。由此,为提高“医教结合”政策实施成效,“医教结合”工作需要做出以下针对性改变:完善“医教结合”配套社会改革;优化“医教结合”政府管理机制;增强“医教结合”学校服务能力;提升“医教结合”家长参与力度。 At present,although the concept and value of“combining medicine with education”has gradually become popular,the implementation of the policy has encountered many difficulties.Based on H province in central China,this paper uses qualitative research tools to find that:there are some deficiencies in the top-level design,government guarantee,school conditions and parents,understanding of the domestic“combining medicine with education”policy.Therefore,in order to improve the implementation effect of the policy of“combining medicine with education”,the following targeted changes should be made:to improve the supporting social reform;to optimize the government management mechanism;to enhance the service capacity of schools;to improve parents,participation in the“combining medicine with education”.
