摘要
氯氟吡啶酯是具有芳基吡啶结构的合成生长素类除草剂。对氯氟吡啶酯的全球专利申请情况进行了分析,重点分析了原研企业对氯氟吡啶酯的专利布局、以及中国企业的研发现状,力求反应氯氟吡啶酯的专利保护现状,以期为中国相关农药企业进行研发和规避专利纠纷提供参考。
Florpyrauxifen-benzyl is the pyridine-2-carboxylate auxin herbicides.The paper made an analysis of the global patent application of florpyrauxifen-benzyl,and focuses on original research company’s patent layout around florpyrauxifen-benzyl,and the research and development current situation of domestic enterprises were searched.Tried to reflect the status of patent protection of florpyrauxifen-benzyl,and provides reference for researching,developing,and avoiding patent disputes of domestic related pesticide enterprises.
