摘要
在有机硅单体生产过程中,除去主产品二甲基二氯硅烷以外,同时还生成一甲基三氯硅烷,三甲基一氯硅烷,二甲基一氯硅烷,低沸物及高沸物等副产品。通过对生产工艺流程及工艺参数进行有效优化,实现高沸物正向连续水解,提高高沸硅油装置的生产能力与自动化控制水平。
In the process of organosilicon production,in addition to the main product dimethyl dichlorosilane,it also produced methyl trichlorosilane,trimethyl monochlorosilane,dimethyl monochlorosilane,low boiling and high boiling substances.By effectively optimizing the production process and process parameters,the forward continuous hydrolysis of high boiling matter was realized,and the production capacity and automatic control level of high boiling silicone oil plant were improved.
