摘要
以地沟油为原料,采用一种节能降耗工艺生产生物柴油。工艺主要包括原料的预处理保温过程、酯化反应过程和分离脱色等环节。探讨了保温温度、反应时间、醇油比等对产率的影响,并利用气相色谱和红外光谱对产物生物柴油进行了分析鉴定。研究结果表明,最佳工艺条件是:保温温度为75℃,反应时间为120min,醇油质量比为0.25∶1。
A energy-saving process was adopted to produce biodiesel using waste cooking oil.The process mainly includes pretreatment of the waste cooking oil,esterification,oil-water seperation and decolouration.Factors influenced biodiesel yield were discussed,such as temperature,time and ratio of methanol to waste oil.The biodiesel was analyzed by gas chromatography(GC) and infrared spectroscopy(IR).The results showed that the optimum conditions to prapare biodiesel are:a reaction time of 120 min,a holding temperature of 75℃ and a ratio methanol/waste oil of 0.25∶1.
