长沙市310例农村老年高血压患者情绪调节自我效能感现状及其影响因素

Current situation of regulation emotional self-efficacy and its influencing factors in 310 rural elderly patients with hypertension in Changsha City

目的了解长沙市农村高血压患者的情绪调节自我效能感的现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2019年7—8月抽取湖南省长沙市大鱼村、石塘铺村的310名农村高血压老人作为调查对象。采用一般资料、情绪调节自我效能感量表、疾病感知量表对其进行调查。情绪调节自我效能感得分经过对数转换符合正态分布后,采用多元线性回归分析农村高血压老人的情绪调节自我效能感的影响因素。结果农村老年高血压患者情绪调节自我效能感、疾病感知总得分M(P25,P75)分别为40.50(37.00,45.00)、49.00(40.00,56.00)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、居住情况、性别及疾病感知进入回归方程(P<0.01)。结论长沙市农村老年高血压患者的情绪调节自我效能感处于中等水平,受文化程度、居住情况、性别及疾病感知的影响。建议积极疏导老人心理,采取容易理解的方式向老年高血压患者传授疾病相关知识,同时与政府相关机构配合组织老人开展相关的社会活动,促进和提升老年人情绪调节自我效能感。

Objective To understand the current situation of regulation emotion self-efficacy of hypertension patients in rural areas of Changsha and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From July to August 2019,310 rural elderly people with hypertension in Dayu Village and Shitangpu village in Changsha City of Hunan Province were selected by the convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire,regulation emotion self-efficacy scale and illness perception scale were used to investigate. After logarithmic conversion,the scores of regulation emotion self-efficacy were in accordance with normal distribution,and the influencing factors of regulation emotion self-efficacy in rural elderly patients with hypertension were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Results The total scores[M(P25,P75)] of regulation emotion self-efficacy and illness perception in rural elderly patients with hypertension were 40.50(37.00,45.00) and 49.00(40.00,56.00),respectively. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that education level,living condition,gender and illness perception entered the regression equation(P<0.01).Conclusion The regulation emotional self-efficacy of elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas of Changsha was at a moderate level,which is influenced by education level,living condition,gender and illness perception. In order to improve and promote the regulation emotional self-efficacy of elderly people,it is necessary to actively guide the psychology of the elderly,teach the knowledge of diseases to the elderly patients with hypertension in an easy-to-understand way,and cooperate with government agencies to organize relevant social activities for the elderly.
