发酵木薯渣的营养价值及其在畜禽生产中的应用进展 被引量:8

Nutritional value of fermented cassava residue and its application in livestock and poultry production

摘要 木薯渣是生产木薯淀粉和乙醇等产品的下脚料,随着木薯加工产业的快速发展,木薯加工废弃物的产量也逐年增加,造成资源浪费和环境污染。木薯渣含有丰富且易消化的碳水化合物以及多种微量元素、矿物质和氨基酸,是一种来源广泛、价格低廉的能量饲料,但由于粗纤维含量较高且存在抗营养因子而限制了其在饲料中的应用。利用微生物发酵法处理木薯渣可以提高其蛋白质含量、改善适口性,还能有效降低抗营养因子含量,从而提高营养品质和饲用价值。文章就发酵木薯渣的营养组成及其在畜禽生产中的应用展开综述,以期为发酵木薯渣的合理开发利用提供参考。 Cassava residue is the waste material after producing cassava starch and alcohol.With the rapid development of cassava processing industry,the yield of cassava processing waste increases year by year,resulting in resource waste and environmental pollution.Cassava residue contains abundant and digestible carbohydrates as well as a variety of trace elements,minerals,and amino acids.It is a kind of energy feed with wide source and low price,but its application in feed is limited due to the high content of crude fiber and anti-nutritional factors.Fermenting the The cassava residue treated by microbial fermentation can increase the protein content,improve palatability,and effectively reduce the content of anti-nutritional factors,thus improving its nutritional value and feeding value.In this paper,the nutrient composition of fermented cassava residue and its application in livestock and poultry production were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the rational exploitation and utilization of fermented cassava residue.
