摘要
讨论了基于PI负荷频率控制的单区域时滞电力系统稳定性问题。搭建了考虑通信网络时滞和参数不确定电力负荷频率调节系统的数学模型,通过构建增广LyapunovKrasovskii泛函,并应用Bessel-Legendre不等式处理泛函导数中的积分项,利用Matlab的Yalmip求解工具获得了不同PI控制器增益下满足系统稳定条件的时滞上界。实例验证了文中方法的优越性和有效性。
This paper investigates the stability of a single region power system with time-delay based on PI load frequency control.Firstly,The mathematical model of the load frequency regulation system considering the delay and parameter uncertainty of the communication network is established,then by constructing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional extended and applying Bessel-Legendre inequality to deal with the integral term of functional derivative.Upper bound of time-delay for system stability and the gain of different PI controller are obtained by using Yalmip toolbox in Matlab.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method is verified by a numerical example.
