国土空间规划体系下的村规划编制方法探讨——以旌阳区和新镇3个村的规划为例

Discussion on Compilation Method of Village Planning Under Land Space Planning System:Taking Planning of Three Villages,Hexin Town,Jingyang District as Examples

文章以旌阳区和新镇白蜡村、小河村、福兴村等3个村为例,在充分调研并掌握规划区内土地利用现状、上位规划内容、村域历史文化和发展现状、产业需求和自然资源本底等基础上,全面梳理国土空间规划体系下的村规划编制方法,以及编制要点和存在的问题,并提出了村规划落地实施助推和新镇乡村振兴发展的具体措施。

In the case of the three villages with names of Baila,Xiaohe,and Fuxing,Hexin town,Jingyang district,this paper have researched and analyzed adequately for some regional characteristics,as status of land utilization,current planning content,historic culture,industrial demand,natural resources of the three villages.Meanwhile,we have summarized the main points and questions of planning,and the planning method in the condition of the land and space planning system,and have put forward measures and advice for the implementation of the planning and the rural revitalization and development for Hexin town in this paper.
