A Passivity-Based Current Control Strategy for Unidirectional Hybrid Rectifier

摘要 针对现行单向混合三相电压型整流器的交流电流存在尖峰和谐波畸变率高的问题,提出抑制电流尖峰,降低谐波畸变率的方法。通过在现行混合整流器拓扑结构中增设补偿电感器,抑制因电路结构产生电流尖峰。基于三相三电平T型VIENNA整流器和三相单开关Boost整流器欧拉-拉格朗日数学模型,提出一种满足特定约束的非线性虚拟阻尼注入的无源电流控制策略。与传统定阻尼注入的无源控制策略相比,该无源电流控制策略具有跟踪电流稳态误差更小,误差衰减速度更快、谐波畸变率低和功率因数高的优点。仿真和实验结果表明,改进的单向混合整流器拓扑结构及所提无源电流控制策略是有效的。 In order to solve the problems of current spike and high total harmonic distortion(THD)in the AC current of the current unidirectional hybrid three-phase voltage source rectifier(UHTPVSR),The method to suppress the current spike and reduce THD is proposed.A compensating inductor is added to the current hybrid rectifier for suppressing the current spike caused by the circuit structure.Based on the Euler-Lagrange(EL)mathematical model of three-phase T-type three-level Vienna rectifier and three-phase single-switch Boost rectifier(SSTPBR)a new passivity-based current control strategy for nonlinear virtual damping injection with the specific constraints is proposed.Compared with the traditional passivity-based control strategy of constant damping injection,the new passivitybased current control strategy has the advantages of smaller steady-state error,faster error attenuation,low THD and high power factor.Simulation and experimental results confirm that the improved topology structure of unidirectional hybrid rectifier and the new passivity-based current control strategy are valid.
