基于Malmquist指数的河北省杂粮全要素生产率测算 被引量:3

摘要 杂粮的种植效率关系种植户的种植意愿和经济效益,研究其生产效率对杂粮的发展具有重要意义。基于Malmquist指数方法,利用2014—2019年对河北省杂粮种植户的调研数据,借助DEAP 2.0软件进行数据处理,对河北省主要杂粮谷子、高粱、绿豆、红小豆进行全要素生产率(TFP)分析。结果表明,河北省谷子、高粱、绿豆生产TFP变化指数累计增长,而红小豆生产TFP变化指数累计减少7.4%;谷子、高粱、绿豆的TFP变化指数总体保持增长趋势,主要是技术进步效率和综合效率的共同作用,且综合技术效率拉低了TFP的变化指数;河北省谷子、高粱、绿豆、红小豆生产的区域TFP变化指数既有增长又有降低。最后,从政策支持、技术创新、农机装备研发、轻简化生产技术、产业发展规划、三产融合方面提出了建议。 The planting efficiency of miscellaneous grain is related to the planting willingness and economic benefits of the growers,and it is of great significance to study its production efficiency for the development of miscellaneous grain.Based on Malmquist index method,using the survey data of grain growers in Hebei province from 2014 to 2019,with the help of DEAP 2.0 software for data processing,the Total Factor Productivity(TFP)of main grains,foxtail millet,sorghum,mung bean and adzuki bean in Hebei province was analyzed.The results showed that the TFP change index of millet,sorghum and mung bean production in Hebei province increased cumulatively,while the TFP change index of red bean production decreased by 7.4%;the TFP change index of foxtail millet,sorghum and mung bean kept increasing trend,mainly due to the joint effect of technical progress efficiency and comprehensive efficiency,and the comprehensive technical efficiency pulled down the TFP change index;the TFP indexes of foxtail millet,sorghum,mung bean and adzuki bean both increased and decreased.Finally,some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of policy support,technological innovation,research and development of agricultural machinery and equipment,light and simplified production technology,industrial development planning and integration of three industries.
