全产业链视角下农业大数据建设与应用展望

Agricultural Big Data Construction and Application Outlook from the Perspective of the Whole Industry Chain

大数据技术和全产业链思路在中国农业领域的应用和探索方兴未艾,两者之间存在着一种天然的联系。农业全产业链的发展将为大数据在农业及其相关领域的应用提供更加丰富的应用场景和数据资源,而大数据技术的应用也将有助于农业全产业链的建设和完善。在国内农业全产业链和农业大数据相关研究基础上,梳理了相关概念、支持政策、建设和应用现状,并基于全产业链视角,从农业单品种全产业链大数据、农业全产业链金融大数据和农业文旅大数据等3个应用方向出发,对农业大数据的建设与应用进行了展望,并提出了坚持基本信息服务的公益性、重视数据安全和服务的易用性等需要注意的问题。

The application and exploration of big data technology and the idea of the entire industry chain in China's agricultural field are still in the ascendant,and there is a natural connection between big data technology and the entire industry chain idea.The development of the entire agricultural industry chain will provide richer application scenarios and data resources for the application of big data in agriculture and related fields,and the application of big data technology will also help the construction and improvement of the entire agricultural industry chain.Based on the research of domestic agricultural industry chain and agricultural big data,this paper sorted out the relevant concepts,supporting policies,construction and application status quo,and based on the perspective of the whole industry chain,the construction and application of agricultural big data were forecasted from three application directions of single-variety entire industry chain big data,agricultural entire industry chain financial big data and agricultural cultural tourism big data,some issues were put forward such as sticking to the public welfare of basic information services,attaching importance to data security and service ease of use.
