中美贸易摩擦背景下水产品贸易新特征及趋势

New Characteristics and Trend of Aquatic Products Trade under the Background of China-US Trade Friction

中美贸易摩擦对中美甚至全球经济贸易产生了重大的影响。水产品贸易作为两国加征关税的对象之一也对两国水产品贸易产生了负面影响。通过对中美贸易摩擦中涉及水产品贸易的相关政策进行梳理,基于中国海关总署和美国商务部的水产品贸易数据,全面分析中美贸易摩擦以及水产品贸易的总体状况,探究了中美贸易摩擦过程中水产品贸易出现的新特征,特别是在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延对水产品贸易产生不利冲击的背景下,结合相关政策对水产品贸易发展的趋势开展了系统分析。最后,提出了中国水产品贸易应对中美贸易摩擦的具体建议。

China-US trade friction has a significant impact on the global economy and trade.The trade of aquatic products,as one of the objects of tariff levies,also has a negative impact on the trade of aquatic products between the two countries.In this study,relevant policies related to aquatic products trade in Sino-Us trade friction were sorted out.Based on the aquatic products trade data of General Administration of Customs of China and the U.S.Department of Commerce,the overall situation of aquatic products trade since Sino-Us trade friction was comprehensively analyzed,and then the new characteristics of the trade in aquatic products in the process of Sino-Us trade friction were explored,especially under the background of the adverse impact of the global spread of COVID-19 on the trade of aquatic products,and a systematic analysis of the development trend of the trade in aquatic products in combination with relevant policies was carried out.Finally,some suggestions were put forward on how to deal with the trade friction between China and the United States.
