摘要
目的:通过基于神经肌肉激活技术悬吊训练以提升痉挛型双瘫儿童核心肌群的稳定性,观察该方法对其步行及平衡功能的影响。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年10月本院进行治疗的痉挛型双瘫患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均接受常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗的基础上应用基于神经肌肉激活技术的悬吊训练,重点提升其核心肌群稳定性,两组每周训练5天,共训练3个月。两组治疗前后分别应用粗大运动功能测试量表-88(GMFM-88)D、E功能区、Berg平衡量表、10m最大步行速度进行以及足底压力分析仪重心稳定性评估。结果:两组患儿GMFM-88的D、E功能区、Berg平衡量表、10m最大步行速度以及足底压力分析重心稳定性均优于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于神经肌肉激活技术的悬吊训练,可提升痉挛型双瘫儿童核心肌群稳定性,从而可更有效的改善其步行及平衡能力。
Objective:Through the sling exercise training based on neuromuscular activation technology to improve the stability of the core muscle group of spastic diplegic children,the effect of on walking and balance function was observed.Methods:From October 2017~October 2018,60 children with spastic diplegia were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups received general rehabilitation treatment.The observation group applied sling exercise training based on neuromuscular activation technology on the basis of general rehabilitation,focusing on improving the stability of their core muscle group.The two groups trained 5 days a week for 3 months.Before and after treatment,D and E function area of gross motor function measure scale-88(GMFM-88),Berg balance scale,10 m maximum walking speed and stability evaluation of gravity center of plantar pressure analyzer were used to evaluate the two groups.Results:The D and E function area of GMFM-88,Berg Balance Scale and 10m maximum walking speed and the stability evaluation of gravity center in the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.01).The curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sling exercise training based on neuromuscular activation technology can improve the stability of the core muscle group of children with spastic diplegia,and it can improve their walking and balance ability.
