八风穴点刺出血为主治疗青年硬化性脂膜炎验案举隅

A Case Study on Treatment Mainly by Pricking and Bleeding Bafeng Points of Young Patients with Sclerosing Panniculitis

硬化性脂膜炎是一种罕见的皮下脂肪炎症性疾病,其发病特征为病变局部呈红、肿、热、痛,因其发病机制尚不明确,西医无统一规范化治疗方案,且效果欠佳。本文应用八风穴点刺出血结合辨证针刺治疗硬化性脂膜炎1例,效果显著,为临床提供参考依据。

Sclerosing panniculitis is a rare inflammatory disease of subcutaneous fat.The pathogenesis of the disease is characterized by redness, swelling, heat and pain.Because its pathogenesis is not clear, there is no unified and standardized treatment plan in western medicine, and the effect is not good.In this paper, a case of sclerosing panniculitis treated by pricking and bleeding Bafeng points combined with dialectical acupuncture and achieved significant effect is recorded, which can provide reference for clinical practice.
