摘要
目的:比较PBL教学法与LBL教学法在中药房实习教学中的差别,探索PBL教学模式在中药房实习教学中的应用效果。方法:将60名在中药房实习的学生随机分为PBL教学组和LBL教学组各30名,分别采用PBL教学和LBL教学后,采用考核和调查问卷的方法分析教学效果。结果:PBL教学组的理论和实践考核成绩、学习兴趣、对知识的理解记忆能力、解决问题的能力、认识自身欠缺的能力及对课堂的满意度均高于LBL教学组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学模式在中药房实习教学中应用效果显著,值得在临床教学中推广。
Objective: To compare the difference between PBL teaching method and LBL teaching method in practice teaching of TCM pharmacy, and to explore the application of PBL teaching mode in practice teaching of TCM pharmacy.Methods: 60 students who were in the practice of TCM pharmacy were randomly divided into PBL teaching group(n=30) and LBL teaching group(n=30), PBL teaching and traditional teaching were used respectively.After the corresponding teaching, the results of the teaching were analyzed by the method of examination and questionnaire.Results: The scores of theoretical and practical examination, learning interest, the ability to understand and remember knowledge, to solve problems, to recognize the lack of their own capacity, and the satisfaction with the class were significantly higher in the PBL teaching group than those in the LBL teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of PBL teaching model in in practice teaching of TCM pharmacy is remarkable, and it is worthy of application in clinical teaching.
