摘要
在新工科建设和工程教育专业认证背景下,为进一步提高应用型人才培养质量,以济宁学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,从协同育人思路、实施方法、评价机制等方面,研究与探索地方高校应用型人才培养。形成以立德树人为根本任务,围绕人才需求、课程设置、课程建设、课程实施、课程评价、人才评价等环节开展产教融合协同育人的模式,提高行业企业对办学的参与度,提升学校应用型人才培养能力。
Under the background of emerging engineering construction and engineering education professional certification,in order to further improve the quality of application-oriented talents training,the cultivation of applied talents in local universities was studied.Taking the mechanical design,manufacturing and automation specialty in Jining University as an example,the research was carried out from the aspects of collaborative education ideas,implementation methods and evaluation mechanism.A mode of collaborative education of industry and education was implemented,focusing on talent demand,curriculum setting,curriculum construction,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,talent evaluation,etc.The results indicatethat the participation of enterprises in running schools and training ability of applied talents have been improved.
