摘要
梁漱溟将理性构建为儒家道德哲学体系的核心思想,指向“情理”的为人之道与“情谊”的品性之道。他的“理性”观对教学交往有一定的借鉴作用:调顺本能,在教学交往中着意品性的启牖;调节“刚”性,形成彼此取益的师生关系;调理情谊,倡导平等和谐的教学生活;调和人性,倡导生命化教学交往。教师在对梁漱溟理性观深度解读的基础上应实践为师之道,创造美学和谐的教学环境;提升个体关怀素养,消减“威严”型师生距离;关注学生情感体验,构建契约伦理型师生关系;营造真情互动氛围,培养学生理性思考能力。
Liang Shuming constructed rationality as the core idea of Confucian moral philosophy system,pointing to the way of human being and the way of character of“friendship”.His view of“rationality”can be used for reference in teaching communication:adjusting the instinct and enlightening the character in teaching communication;adjusting the“rigidity”to form the relationship between teachers and students who benefit from each other;regulating the friendship and advocating equal and harmonious teaching life;harmonizing human nature and advocating life teaching communication.Based on the in-depth interpretation of Liang Shuming’s rational view,teachers should practice as teachers,create a harmonious teaching environment with aesthetics,improve the quality of individual care,reduce the“dignified”distance between teachers and students,pay attention to students’emotional experience,build a contractual ethical relationship between teachers and students,create an atmosphere of true feelings and interaction,and cultivate students’rational thinking ability.
