高职院校工匠精神培育与立德树人调查研究——以内蒙古自治区职业院校为例

Investigation on the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit and Moral Cultivation in Vocational Colleges

立德树人是教育之根本,工匠精神是高职院校立德树人的重要切入点和落脚点。围绕立德树人与工匠精神的内在关系,以内蒙古自治区高校工匠精神培育情况为例,通过工匠精神培育情况的问卷调查分析研究,探究工匠精神在高校传承现状以及存在的问题和困惑。在问题分析的基础上,提出工匠精神在传承和发展过程中的现实做法,总结工匠精神培育的实践经验,以求探索更为切实可行的对策和做法,构建高校工匠精神培育体系。

To cultivate people with moral integrity is the foundation of education,and the spirit of craftsmen is an important starting point and foothold of cultivating people with moral integrity in vocational colleges.Based on the cultivation of craftsmanship in colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper explores the status quo of inheritance of craftsmanship in colleges and universities,as well as the existing problems and puzzles through questionnaire survey on the cultivation of craftsmanship in colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.At the same time,through the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward the practical practices of craftsman spirit in the process of inheritance and development,summarizes the practical experience of craftsman spirit cultivation,in order to explore more practical countermeasures and practices,and construct the craftsman spirit cultivation system in colleges and universities.
