摘要
纺织业正值第五轮产业转移期,市场竞争日益激烈,纺织业员工的跳槽频率影响着行业的可持续发展,如何激发员工的工作热情、让员工拥有更多的话语权,提升员工忠诚度是纺织业面临的重大难题之一。文章以常州缯彩纺织品有限公司为例,通过对近3年离职人员的数据整理,对在职员工调查访谈,分析了纺织业员工忠诚度存在的问题,提出了忠诚度提升的对策思考。
Textile industry is in the fifth round of industrial transfer period,the market competition is increasingly fierce and the textile industry employees job-hopping frequency affects the sustainable development of the industry.How to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,give them more speaking right and improve their loyalty is one of the major problems of the textile industry.Taking Changzhou Zengcai Textile Co.,Ltd as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems of employees’loyalty in the textile industry and puts forward countermeasures to improve their loyalty by sorting out the data of those who have left the company in the past three years and interviewing the in-service employees.
