一种阻燃橡胶堆的研发

摘要 主要探讨了阻燃体系和填充体系对橡胶材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,开发了阻燃橡胶材料,并比较了阻燃配方和非阻燃配方的橡胶材料性能和橡胶堆产品的性能。结果表明,采用新型阻燃体系ALDP/MPOP/A可获得良好的力学性能和阻燃抑烟性能;白炭黑可同时提高橡胶材料的拉伸强度和阻燃性能;成功开发了可满足EN45545-2 HL2 R9等级要求的阻燃橡胶材料,其生产的阻燃橡胶堆产品可满足技术要求。 The effects of flame retardant systems and filling systems on the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties were studied.The flame retardant rubber materials were developed,and the properties of rubber materials and rubber pads with flame retardant and non-flame retardant formulations were compared.The results showed that the rubber material had good physical properties,fire retardant and smoke suppression performance when the ALDP/MPOP/A fire retardant system was adopted.Silica could improve the mechanical and fire proof properties at the same time.The flame retardant rubber material,which could meet the requirements of EN 45545-2 HL2 R9,was developed successfully,and the retardant rubber pad could satisfy the technical requirements.
