生物质和天然气燃料特性及在锅炉燃烧过程中对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 对六种不同类型的天然气和生物质燃料成分、热值等进行了分析,六种燃料分别应用在不同类型的锅炉中,运用正平衡和反平衡分别计算了锅炉的热效率,测量并计算了锅炉的热损失和烟气中的成分。通过对比分析天然气和生物质锅炉的热利用效率、烟气含氧量、过量空气系数、排烟温度以及一氧化碳和氮氧化物含量等,找出生物质在锅炉燃烧过程中的存在的问题不足,并对提升生物质锅炉热利用效率和减少有害气体排放提出了相应措施。 The fuel components of six different types of natural gas and biomass,calorific value and so on were analyzed.These fuels were applied to different types of boilers,and the thermal efficiency of the six boilers were calculated by positive balance and reverse equilibrium methods,and the components of the flue gas in the boiler exhaust gas and hot loss were measured.Through analysis of the parameters such as heat utilization efficiency,flue gas oxygen content,excess air ratio,exhaust gas temperature,and carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide content of the six boilers,it was found that the problems and boiler combustions process,and propose corresponding measures to improve the heat utilization efficiency of biomass boilers and reduce harmful gas emissions.
