摘要
根据游乐设施安全压杠试验装置的功能要求,开发了由执行层、驱动层、控制层和管理层组成的测控系统。根据试验性能指标、可靠性以及试验环境的要求,分别对每层结构进行了详细设计,确定了每层结构中设备的选型、参数以及通信接口。在此基础上,利用游乐设施安全压杠试验装置对安全压杠进行了强度试验和疲劳试验,验证了测控系统的有效性。
According to the functional requirements of the lap bar test system for amusement rides,a measurement and control system,composed of an execution layer,a driver layer,a control layer,and a combination was developed.According to the test performance indicators,reliability,and test environment requirements,each layer of the structure was performed on this basis.The safety pressure bar test system of the amusement facilities was used to perform strength tests and fatigue tests on the lap bars,verifying the effectiveness of the measurement and control system.
