燃煤电站锅炉性能试验计算与软件设计

摘要 电站锅炉性能试验计算时,涉及原始数据和计算公式较多,当数据变化或是调整时,需要重新进行计算,这会使工作效率降低;当数据出现微小错误时,又会导致计算结果出现较大偏差。利用Microsoft Visual Studio集成开发环境,依据VB.NET程序语言,设计了电站锅炉性能试验计算程序,既能快速准确计算出输入热量、各项热损失、锅炉热效率,又可以对计算数据进行查询管理。本文结合实际测试数据,对一台燃煤电站锅炉的测试结果进行了计算,并利用软件对数据进行了验证,计算结果正确,表明该软件可应用于燃煤电站的实际测试中。 More original data and calculation formulas are involved in the performance test for utility boiler.It need to be recalculated when the data is changed or adjusted,this will take more time.When there are minor errors in the data,it will lead to large deviations in calculation results.Utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio integrated development environment and VB.NET language,a calculation program for utility boiler performance test is designed,which can quickly and accurately calculate the input heat,various heat losses,and boiler thermal efficiency,as well as query and manage the calculated data.This paper combines the data from actual tests to calculate the test results of a coal-fired utility boiler,and verified the data with software.The calculation results are correct which indicates that the software can be used in practical tests of utility boiler.
