煤化工压力管道定期检验中壁厚测定工艺要点探讨 被引量:4

摘要 通过执行《压力管道定期检验规则——工业管道》,根据煤化工压力管道定期检验实践经验,总结壁厚测定实施中测定方法与测定位置选择的要点,并对测厚异常区域确定、壁厚减薄性质判定及减薄缺陷处理方法等几个测厚工艺方面未明确界定的问题进行分析探讨,使壁厚测定方法选择更科学、测定位置选取更具代表性,进一步提高壁厚测定检验的可靠性、可操作性、也为相关检验机构开展定期检验和煤化工企业开展定期自行检查实施壁厚测定提供重要参考依据。 Through the interpretation of the relevant contents of wall thickness measurement in the"Regulations for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Pipelines-Industrial Pipelines",based on the inspection practice,investigated on the key points of the method of wall thickness determination and measurement location selection,the determination of abnormal thickness measurement areas,the judgment of wall thickness reduction properties and the treatment of thinning problems in the periodic inspection of coal chemical pressure pipes,further cleared how to develop and implement a special process for wall thickness measurement under such complex environmental conditions,to provide important reference for relevant inspection agencies to carry out regular inspections and coal chemical enterprises to carry out regular self-inspection.
