沼气锅炉安装监督检验应注意的问题

Three Problems Should be Noticed in the Installation Supervision and Inspection of Biogas Boilers

沼气作为一种可再生的清洁能源,在环境形势日益严峻的情形下,将越来越多地作为锅炉清洁燃料使用。但笔者在工作中碰到实际燃沼气的燃烧器和锅炉设计燃料为天然气,且不能提供有效的沼气能效测试报告的情况。后经调研,目前国内锅炉制造厂、燃烧器制造厂气体设计燃料指天然气,未发现有气体设计燃料指沼气的情况。这与锅炉安全技术规范不符,存在隐患。本文针对这一情况,提出了沼气锅炉安装监督检验应注意锅炉设计燃料、锅炉能效测试、燃烧器型式试验三个方面应与天然气锅炉区分,以供同行探讨。

As a renewable clean energy,biogas will be used more and more as a clean fuel for boilers in increasingly severe environmental situation.However,the author encountered natural biogas-fired burners and boilers as fuel for natural gas and failed to provide an effective biogas energy efficiency test report.After investigation,the gas design fuel of current domestic boiler manufacturers and burner manufacturers refers to natural gas,and no gas design fuel refers to biogas.This is inconsistent with the boiler safety technical specifications and there are hidden dangers.In view of this situation,this paper proposes that the supervision and inspection of biogas boiler installation should pay attention to the three aspects of boiler design fuel,boiler energy efficiency test,and burner type test,which should be distinguished from natural gas boilers for peer discussion.
