摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞是一类具有多项分化潜能的干细胞,在一定条件下可以向成骨细胞分化。而骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化是多基因、多步骤的复杂过程,多种信号通路如Wnt/β-catenin、BMP/Smad、PI3K/Akt均参与其中,靶向研究相关信号通路及其关联基因是目前解决以骨质疏松、骨折修复为代表的骨组织工程问题的关键。本文参考骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化相关基因及信号通路的有关文献,将最新研究进展作一综述,旨在为骨组织工程的研究及应用提供新策略。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are a type of stem cells with multiple differentiation potentials,which can differentiate into osteoblasts under certain conditions.The osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchy-mal stem cells are multi-gene,multi-step process.A variety of signaling pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin,BMP/Smad,PI3K/Akt,and so on are involved.Targeted research on related signaling pathways and their associations genes are the key to solve bone tissue engineering problems represented by osteoporosis and fracture repair.In this paper,we refer to genes and signaling pathways related to osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the past five years,and summarize the latest research progress in order to provide new strategies for the research and application of bone tissue engineering.
