摘要 宝钢4号高炉(第二代)自投产以来,截至2019年10月底,累计顺行1824天,并持续维持低耗生产,工序能耗保持约365 kg标准煤/t的国内领先水平。从原燃料的管理、综合调剂、强化出渣铁作业管理等方面,对4号高炉长期低耗生产管理进行了阐述,其主要理念有:①操作高炉就是操作“操作炉型”,实现操作炉型圆周方向的均匀、稳定,尤其是形成稳定的渣皮,避免波动,是低耗的关键;②在高炉投产3~5年内的炉型转换期内,通过摸索与原燃料质量相匹配的操业模式等,是可以避免、甚至消除炉型转换之“阵痛”的,并能维持较高经济指标生产。 Since blowing on,Baosteel's No.4 BF(in 2nd generation)keeps on smooth running production for a total of 1824 days at low-consumption.The energy consumption of the process is about 365 kg standard coal/t HM,a leading level domestically.The management experience in such production is expounded from management of raw material and fuel,comprehensive coordination control of charging and blasting,and management of HM and slag tapping operation.It is believed that:(1)The key point of blast furnace operation is to maintain"operating furnace profile",i.e.to keep uniformity and stability of the furnace in its circumferential direction,especially stable slag skull with aim of reducing consumption;(2)In the furnace profile evolvement period,i.e.3 to 5 years after BF blowing on,some problems normally occurred in such evolvement period can be minimized and even eliminated by operating the furnace in a way adaptive to the quality of raw and fuel,and the furnace still can run with good economic index in such period.
