过氧化氢用于二聚脂肪酸脱色工艺 被引量:1

摘要 色泽是评价二聚脂肪酸质量的重要指标,目前国内二聚酸产品普遍存在色泽过高(铁钴比色>12)的问题,不能满足市场对高品质二聚酸的要求(色度<8.0)。以H2O2试剂对二聚酸进行脱色处理,并以色度和脱色率为评价指标,考察温度、pH、H2O2添加量、搅拌速率和脱色时间等对脱色效果的影响。结果表明,在温度50℃、pH=3.0、搅拌转速300 r·min-1、H2O2体积分数20%和脱色时间20 min条件下,H2O2对二聚酸的脱色效果最佳,二聚酸产品色度降至6.0,脱色率为54%,可以满足市场对高品质二聚酸的要求。 Color was one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality of dimeric fatty acids.Atpresent,the domestic dimeric acid products generally had the problem of high color(iron cobalt ratio>12),which could not satisfy the market requirements for high-quality dimeric acids(color<8.0).In this study,the decolorization of dimeric acid was carried out with H2O2reagent,and the color and decolorization efficiency were used as evaluation indexes to investigate the influence of temperature,pH,H2O2content,stirring rate and decolorization time on decolorization.The experimental results showed that when the temperature was 50℃,pH=3.0,stirring speed was 300 r·min-1,the volume fraction of H2O2 reagent was 20%,and decolorizing time was 20min,the decolorizing effect of hydrogen peroxide on dimeric acid was the best,the color of dimeric acid product could be reduced to 6.0,decolorizing efficiency was 54%,which could satisfy the market demand for high quality dimeric acid.
