摘要
国内环保要求越来越严格,全电玻璃熔窑在节能和减排领域较火焰窑具有明显优势。通过对某350 t/d浮法玻璃电熔窑的数学模拟,确定了窑炉主要结构及技术参数。通过与1000 t/d火焰浮法玻璃熔窑在窑炉结构、投资、运行成本、环保投入、控制精度、热效率和窑炉使用寿命进行综合对比,为电熔窑在大型玻璃熔窑的应用提供借鉴和参考。
Domestic environmental protection requirements are becoming more and more stringent,complete electric heating glass melting furnace has obvious advantages over flame furnace in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction.The main structure and technical parameters of a 350 t/d float glass furnace were determined by mathematical simulation.Through the comprehensive comparison with the 1000t/d flame glass furnace in furnace structure,investment,operation cost,environment protection expenditure,the control precision,thermal efficiency and service life of the furnace,some references for the application of electric heating furnace in large capacity of glass furnace is provided.
