摘要
液晶玻璃基板生产中会产生热粘附缺陷(ADG),这些缺陷在后续的加工中,可能造成玻璃表面擦伤或颗粒聚集,也会在液晶面板制程中产生膜破、黑点等缺陷。为了生产高质量的液晶玻璃基板,通过分析ADG产生的机理,重点讨论了切割工艺及掰断流程、刀轮选型、刀压、真空吸尘系统对ADG的影响,摸索出了适宜于品质要求的液晶玻璃基板生产的切割工艺流程、刀轮及刀压参数及环境气压系统参数,得到了切实有效的ADG改善效果。
In the production of liquid crystal glass substrate,there will be a large number of dust thermal adsorption glass defects(ADG)will be produced.these defects may cause scratch or particle aggregation on the surface of the glass in the subsequent processing,and may also produce film break,black spot and other defects in the panel manufacturing process.In order to get high quality of Liquid crystal glass substrate,analyzes the mechanism of ADG,focusing on the influence of cutting technology,breaking process,cutter wheel selection,cutter pressure,vacuum cleaning system on ADG.The cutter wheel,cutter pressure,cutting technology,and ambient air pressure parameters suitable for quality requirement for LCD glass substrate are found out,and the practical and effective ADG improvement method is obtained.
